Today is Robert's 1yr. mark working for the federal government. That means that as of 4pm eastern time he is off of his 1yr. probation where he could've be fired at will. Job security! They can still transfer federal employees wherever they want, but after moving to the other side of the country, that doesn't scare us. :)Robert has worked really hard and impressed all the old guys he works with. 1yr. also means Robert is free to apply for other positions within the SBA if he chooses to. We've been patiently awaiting this day.
